Performance Training
- Chicago Midwinter Dental Meeting Courses
- Full mouth casework development, Tim Bolin, CDT
- Overseeing ongoing Ceramist and dental tech training
Superior Performance Mission
"Whenever I perform a task, I try to do so in such as way to make the next person's job is easier. Most often that next person is the dentist so knowing what his/her needs and expectations are, is as important as knowing my own job. As we do more entirely non-metal restorations, which can be more resilient than metal and almost impossible to tell apart from natural teeth, good communication and knowledge of what the dentist (and patient) wants is going to be even more important."
Testimonial
"If my patients say nothing about their crowns, I know they are good. The biggest thing is that they began forgetting they had crowns once I started using RiverRock. Their crowns are not over-contoured; it just feels natural. That's what I have noticed about RiverRock crown and bridge work."
