Kathleen takes her model technician and on-time expert/scheduler roles seriously. Tech Role: sterilizing impressions, pouring, trimming, placing models on bases, and articulating them, and cutting out and trimming dies. By being directly involved in case preparation, she understands what role scheduling cases (and entering case specifics into the computer) plays in the success of each case.

"Because I enjoy my work and take pride in it I do the best I can on each case. I do not have a problem asking for help if I am unsure of something. I'm always willing to learn new things. Getting it right means making sure all the details are covered from bite registration to the dentist's due date and patient's name. We communicate well; we can go right to Tim with any questions the other team members cannot answer.
